Returns Policy

You may return/exchange any purchased item where the item is faulty or the wrong size, at your postage cost. We do not accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind about their purchase. We do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty.

If you would like to return/exchange an item please notify us by email at within 7 days of purchase date. Please state the reason for your return. At this stage you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) that needs to be recorded on your returns sheet. The item must be delivered to us within 7 days of notification of the RAN to:

To return/exchange an item please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel, with the RAN marked on it. For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We strongly recommend you use Registered Post or Express Post for returning items. 9 Pty Ltd (Joseph Saba) will not be responsible for any returns not received by us.

All items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached. Any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, have hang tags missing, or are in any way altered from their original condition will not be refunded or replaced and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup, deodorant or jewellery when trying garments on.
